Evan & Clara Baugh are the parents of five children: Gary, Steven, Beverly, Katherine and Julie. What started as a family of seven is now a family of over one hundred.
Okay, here I am at 11:38 PM for all of you who haven't had a chance to see her, oh wait that is everyone since we just brought her home today from the NICU. So here she is. She is so beautiful. I am slightly out of it since I haven't really slept since Friday night. So I am going to leave you to enjoy our baby girl and when I get around to it I may just share a little about it all. For now, here she is. ALYSSA ROSE ANDERSON Born August 31, 2008 at 11:29 AM at Mountain View Hospital here in Las Vegas. She was 6.4 lbs and 19 1/4 inches long. Jet black hair and pink skin. Our family couldn't be any happier, and thank you for all your prayers in our behalf. Alyssa is doing so well thanks to all the prayers for her. We love you all and can't wait to bring her up to Utah to show her off. :)
This is a beautiful 5 & 1/2 minute video of the life of Christ. It is awesome and worth the look. You can expand the movie to fit your entire computer screen for a better view by clicking on the lower right hand square icon (next to the volume).
The annual father and sons campout here in Las Vegas. Lilly even got to go.
Ollie caught sneezing. Austin, Ollie and Luke standing by a water tower. Ollie, Austin and Luke enjoying the camping life. Austin caught the biggest frog and wanted to bring it home but Nate knew mommy would have a fit, so he told Austin that the frog can't live in Las Vegas because it is too hot--even though they were only 45 minutes from here. :) Nate knows me well. The kids all had a blast and Katy and I had a night and morning off from kid duty. We are assigning the dads to take the kids on a monthly campout. Eveyone will enjoy it.
Ollie is determined to hit that ball with all his might. baby Dallin Clara has discovered T-ball, & she has a great hit!
O
Luke making bubbles his own way!
Vivy making bubbles too!
Little Clara! Uncle Nate shows the kids correct form. Clara said, "Mom do girls play baseball too, because I like it!" Of course I told her YES! Vivian expresses herself when she sees the bubbles floating away. Cool Bubble Vivy!! Austin makes some neat bubbles too!
Congratulations Matt and Steph! You guys will have a great time. You'll have to ask Brian Bird if that was part of his mission. He served in Independence, MO. Don't forget to keep blogging and keep us up to date.
Just to give you an update on the Scott family. Matt and I will be done with school at the first of May. From there we have just recently found out that Matt got accepted into Washington University in St. Louis. So we will be moving to St. Louis in August. I am a little nervous because I've never lived outside of Utah and I've never lived so far away from family. So if any of you have some advice for me I would really appreciate it. Also how do you work this blogger thing? How do you add pictures and have a background on your main page. Love you all.
Whoever started this...GREAT IDEA :) Now I think you all want to see our cute new baby Dallin Tolman Jensen who tried to enter this world on Grandpa Baugh's birthday, but fell short by one day. I went into labor 5 days early & he was 8 lbs 21 in long. He is soo precious!
We are excited to have a Baugh Family blog. I would love to see what is going on with everyone in the family. Nothing is new with us. Greg is still working HARD and being a great dad. Sky is dancing and enjoying 2nd grade. Jackson is excited for the end his first year of kindergarten. He has done well though, and is starting to join Sky in wanting a social life! Billy is loving his first year of pre-school and looking forward to going to pre-school with Kate next year. And Faith almost 7 months old is busy having a lot of firsts, and growing well. And me, well I am enjoying being a mother of 4 and watching all the things the kids are doing. Life is good! We'll keep you posted!
