Cool Pest Control Company I Found!!

While traveling on business, I stayed in a hotel in Cincinnati. The hotel was nice but I always still wonder if there could be something under the mattress, waiting to attack me in my sleep. I am referring to those nasty little creatures, bed bugs. I can definitely say that my mind was put at ease when I noticed that the property was being inspected regularly by the company Perfection Pest. I found out that they have awesome bed bug sniffing dogs that they use to inspect for any outbreaks. It reminded me of Uncle Bill's hunting dogs, but instead of sniffing out pheasants, they sniff out bed bugs! If I ever needed pest control in Cincinnati, using Perfection seems like a no-brainer!

Finding Bees in your Chimney

As you know, Nate owns a pest control company and had a funny experience the other day. He was taking care of a long-time account when the customer complained of buzzing in her family room. Nate took one look and quickly realized that their were bees in the chimney. Funny stuff!

Micah and Steven's Blessing

Charlotte Anderson

I'm kind of slow getting this posted, but we had our baby girl on January 15th. Her name is Charlotte and she weighed 8 pounds and was 20 inches long. Ollie and Lily love having a new little sister.

Alyssa Rose Anderson

Okay, here I am at 11:38 PM for all of you who haven't had a chance to see her, oh wait that is everyone since we just brought her home today from the NICU. So here she is. She is so beautiful. I am slightly out of it since I haven't really slept since Friday night. So I am going to leave you to enjoy our baby girl and when I get around to it I may just share a little about it all. For now, here she is.
ALYSSA ROSE ANDERSON Born August 31, 2008 at 11:29 AM at Mountain View Hospital here in Las Vegas. She was 6.4 lbs and 19 1/4 inches long. Jet black hair and pink skin.
Our family couldn't be any happier, and thank you for all your prayers in our behalf. Alyssa is doing so well thanks to all the prayers for her. We love you all and can't wait to bring her up to Utah to show her off. :)

Father and Son Campout

Austin caught the biggest frog and wanted to bring it home but Nate knew mommy would have a fit, so he told Austin that the frog can't live in Las Vegas because it is too hot--even though they were only 45 minutes from here. :) Nate knows me well. The kids all had a blast and Katy and I had a night and morning off from kid duty. We are assigning the dads to take the kids on a monthly campout. Eveyone will enjoy it.
